Delivery Times & Costs
When should I expect my item(s) to arrive?
Standard shipping to UK, EU and US addresses take up to 3 days, while International shipping can take up 5 days.
With next day delivery this does not include Saturday or Sunday as we ship with DHL who do not collect on these days.
Due to some of the products being MTO (Made to Order), the shipping time will take longer as we would need to notify the designer. Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery from point of purchase.
Which methods of payments can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment are debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
Payments can also be made through Paypal. Please note that all payments using PayPal will automatically default to the primary address held for you within your PayPal account for security. If you do not wish to accept the delivery at this address, please ensure you update your address with PayPal prior to placing any orders.
What tax and customs charges apply to my order?
Additional taxes and customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped from the UK to the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs exclude VAT and customs charges will be added to an order. For a £300 item it is not uncommon for a charge of £100 to be added due to customs and tax charges.
No VAT is charged on shipments made to non-European countries. Once the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our courier. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective articles. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
For deliveries to Australia, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Norway, Japan and South Korea, customs duties and processing fees are included in the price of the item and 50-m will not charge any additional VAT or sales tax.
Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by our courier, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by 50-m, even in the case that the articles should be returned.

Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you are happy with you order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, you can cancel your purchase of goods by notifying 50m by email, strictly within fourteen days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s Credit / Debit Card. Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. If our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.
Please note, the cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense. we would always advise you ensure to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Can I return MTO products?
Due to Made-to-Order products are produced by hand within the designers studios specifically to a customer's specifications, they can not be returned and refunded. Please, look into our terms and conditions or contact our customer service for any questions relation to the MTO processes.
